We recently lost our father and were very impressed with Penny and her staff. The gentleman who came to our house after a difficult evening to prepare my dad to take to the funeral home were calm gentle and respectful to our family and especially my dad. As well as non intrusive which was a recurring theme throughout this process. We met with Penny who was patient with our requests and handled a difficult situation professionally. There were many options to choose from at reasonable costs. Although we did not use the funeral home facilities for our ceremony, her room options were nicely renovated and beautiful appointed. We had a small ceremony at the cemetary and everyone was impressed with how Penny and the team set up the area. It was beautifully done with a dark green canopy, green carpet, and covered green chairs. So impressed. We all loved it and my dad especially would have. Thank you Penny and your entire team for adding calm and dignity to a difficult time.
