Thomas William Maynard, also known as Tommy Maynard, passed away on July 7, 2023, in Okemos, MI, at the age of 74. Born on June 11, 1949, in Detroit, MI, Tommy was a beloved husband and grandfather.
Tommy had a fulfilling career as a Union Carpenter, dedicating his skills and hard work to his craft. He took pride in his work, leaving a lasting impact on the projects he was involved in.
Tommy is survived by his loving wife, Wendy (Lawrence) Maynard, and her children, Albert (Marjorie) Vaillancourt, Bridgette (Stephen) Wright. He was also a cherished grandfather to his grandson, Todd Wright. Tommy's family was his greatest joy, and he cherished every moment spent with them.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Milton and Mildred Maynard, who instilled in him the values of perseverance and dedication.
Tommy Maynard's legacy will be remembered through his contributions as a Union Carpenter and the love he shared with his family. He will be greatly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him.
