Obituary

Richard A. Lott a long time resident of Fowlerville passed away August 5th, 2023.  Born June 13, 1935, raised in Cohoctah and was a student of Howell High School, class of 1953.  He was a life long resident of Livingston County and loved living here. He was the son of Floyd E. Lott, Jr. and Laura M. Cook.  He had 7 children, Richard R., (with Mary Cornwell), Christopher G., Timothy P., Douglas W., Ann E., Heidi M., (with Gleneley Beurmann Withey) and Christina L. (with Alice K. Hulbert).  He was most recently married to Olive Adams.  He worked most of his life as a carpenter and loved his work building houses, decks and remodeling kitchens.  He had 26 grandchildren and 36 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his siblings Marilyn J. Madrigal, Wilford L. Cox, William E. Lott, Ronald D. Lott, and Lucille L. Cole.  Memorial celebration for family and close friends to be held on Thursday August 10th at Richard’s house in Fowlerville between 6 and 8 pm.
