predeceased by her husband Dennis Sickles, her father Alfred Dexter Sr. and her niece Destiney Clark  Patricia is survived by Mother Edna (Thomas) Dexter, mother-in-law Sharon Smith, sisters Tammy Vincent (Tim), Bessie Snider, Lorie Dexter, Tina Geller, and brother Alfred James Dexter Jr. (Kristin), brother-in-law Doug Sickles (Judie), and sister-in-law Debra Tripovich, many many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and lots of loving aunts and uncles.
