Marian E. (Challiss) Dryer

Marian Ellen Dryer of Fowlerville went home to be with our Lord July 28, 2019 at the age of 87.  She was born September 4, 1931 to Phillip & LouiseChalliss.  She married Raymond Dryer Jr on December 17, 1949.  She leaves behind two sons, Ronald (Denise) Dryer, Donald (Patricia) Dryer, grandchildren Loralee (Whitney) Mooney, Dana (Khaled) Elsokary, Janet Dryer, Auguest (Joe) Stone, Donald Jr (Samantha) Dryer, other grandchildren, seventeen great grandchildren,two brothers Stanley (Suzanne) Challiss, Phillip (Rosalee) Challiss. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond, sister, Marie Sawyer and parents. She loved cooking, gardening, canning, bird watching and her flowers.  The most precious treasures were her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  The special times shared together, whether enjoying birthdays, trips, going to the fair, or creating everlasting memories were priceless.  She had many life long friends.  Please come celebrate her life with us! Visitation will be held at Herrmann Funeral Home, 1005 E. Grand River, Fowlerville, MI 48836 on Wednesday July 31 from 5 to 8 pm and August 1 from 10-11 with services immediately following.  The family would like to give a special thank you to Julia Badgero.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to the American Cancer Society.
