Louise Mary (Haddon) Dotts of Howell, Michigan, formally of Fowlerville, died Friday August 21, 2020, at the age of 73, just shy of her 74th birthday. Louise was the oldest of nine children. Born in Detroit, Michigan to George and Frances (Dolby) Haddon on August 24, 1946. She grew up in the Hamburg/Whitmore Lake area and graduated from Pinckney High School. She moved to Fowlerville with her husband, Richard whom preceded her in death in 2013, and their children in 1969. She lived in the same house until 2016, when she moved to dowell. She is also preceded in death by her parents, three brothers – John ‘Speed’ Haddon, Garrett, Haddon, Rodney Haddon, and her nephew Michael H.T. Cook. She leaves behind three daughters – Karen (Guy Seguin) Dotts of Fowlerville, Katrina ‘Tina’ (Dave) Bartosek of Perry, Kristana (Richard) Thelen of Westphalia, and a son Keith (Kelly) Dotts of Fowlerville. She also leaves behind ten grandkids – William (Elizabeth) Dotts, Richard Lloyd, Deven Dotts, Alan Seguin, Alexander Thelen, Nicole (Matt) Stislicki, Brooke Dotts, Lauren (Brad) Laskosky, Jessica Lloyd, Ryan Thelen. She has four great-grandchildren – Caleb Nance, Peyton Nance, Paityn Duke, and Brady Dotts. She was known to her family and friends as Lou or Weig. She worked most of her adult life as a factory worker. She owned her own business Lou’s Pack-N-Ship from 1983-1985. She worked as a receptionist at the Livingston County jail until she retired. She had a love for camping especially when included her grandchildren. Her passion was quilting which she enjoyed doing with her husband. Louise will be greatly missed by her family as well as several longtime friends from high school and work.
