Lenard Russell Ogden

Lenard R. Ogden 5-9-1953  -  9-3-2021
Len Ogden went home to be with his Lord and Savior, Jesus, on September 3, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his parents William and Marie Ogden.
He is survived by his wife of almost 35 years of marriage and six children; Justin, Jamie, Tyler(Sarah), Kensie(Andy), Auston(Sara), Hunter(Halie)
and  six grandchildren, whom he adored; Sunnie, Wyatt, Arria, Brantley, Adaline, Kira.
He has three brothers Butch(Peggy), Rick(Linda), Aaron(Teresa)
and  two sisters Tonya and Charlotte Hatt (Wayne Lint),of Colorado.
Len had many accomplishments;
He worked for the village of Fowlerville for twenty three years at the water treatment plant.
He worked for the state of Michigan at Camp Brighton for 8 years.
He served on the Fowlerville Fire Department, which he thoroughly enjoyed, because he was helping people.
He served on the Livingston County Arson Investigation Team.
He worked with John Royer from the DNR relocating birds. 
Len and Don Knodle started a bird sanctuary out behind the Fowlerville Park/Waste water treatment plant.
He spent time teaching his children and grandchildren to fish and hunt.
Len was the type of guy that just enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, chatting it up.
He will truly be missed by all who knew him.
Services are being held at Herrmann Funeral Home with Pastor Tim Harmon presiding on Friday, Sept.10th. Visitation from 9:00 to 11:00. Celebration of Life Service at 11:00. Luncheon at VFW to follow.
