Joanne Shaffer Obituary
Joanne passed away on September 28, 2023. She was born on January 16, 1938, in Ann Arbor, Michigan, and came home to Fowlerville. She was the daughter of Vernard and June (Watters) Rogers.
On January 19, 1957, she married Raymond L. Shaffer in Howell, Michigan. They had four children, two, who preceded her in death, her daughter Vicki Lee in 2006 and her son, Rodney Mark in 2008. Also preceding her in death is her husband, Raymond in 2015. Surviving are her son Terry (Laura) Shaffer of Williamston and Roger Mike (Ann Marie) Shaffer of Fowlerville. Five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Cremation has taken place and no further services will be held. Donations may be made to Alzheimer's Association.
