Harold Edward Allmendinger

Harold (Humpy) Allmendinger passed away Saturday, March 11th at age 95. He was proceeded in death by his wife, Mary, and son Barry. He is survived by his children, Kelly and Robert, his grandchildren, Derek, Amanda, and Amber, and close friend of the family Sue Daczka. Harold was raised in Dexter, MI, but lived most of his life in Fowlerville, where he raised his family. He was a veteran of the Korean War and served in both the Army and the Merchant Marines. A joint ceremony will be held at Summit Park, in Ludington, MI, later this summer, to spread the ashes of both Harold and Mary. Harold will be missed by his family and the many friends he made over the course of his long life. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the VFW at vfw.org.
