George Londy

Fowlerville, Michigan resident George was born July 9, 1922 in Detroit  and passed away September 21, 2020.. He is survived by his wife of 77 years Virginia, three children, Patricia, Susan, and George, 10 grandchildren, 13 great grandchildren, and 1 great, great grandchild. George was a WWII US Army veteran earning a Bronze Star, Philippine Liberation and Asiatic Pacific Theater ribbon. He was a Mason with Detroit and Fowlerville lodges, and a Shriner. George loved baseball all his life and played in an over 70 league in Lansing, playing until age 96. A viewing will be from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday September 24th at the Hermann Funeral Home in Fowlerville, and a grave side service on Friday September 25th at 12 noon at the Parkview Memorial cemetery in Livonia. In Lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Michigan Masonic Home in Alma Michigan.
