Barbara Marie (Schram) Cox

On Saturday, June 6, 2020, Barbara Marie Cox (Schram), passed away at age 81.  She was born May 23, 1939 in Detroit, Michigan.  She was a wonderful mother to Todd, Kristi, and Jeff; a loving grandmother to Michael William George; and a dear friend to many.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Edna, and her sister, Carol. Barbara was a transformative figure, having dedicated her life to the administration of Livingston County and its departments.  After her retirement, she sat on many boards and remained active in the community, as well as enjoying painting, sewing and travel.  A celebration of her life will be announced soon.
