Muriel Jean (Witt) Bohm

Muriel Jean Bohm, age 86, of Fowlerville passed away peacefully on Friday, November 29, 2019. Muriel, known to most as Jean, was born in Dearborn, Michigan on April 6, 1933 to Louis R. and Phyllis (Losey) Witt. Jean graduated from South Lyon High School in 1951 and was a graduate of Cleary College. On September 20, 1952, Jean married Maurice L. Bohm of Cohoctah. Jean was elected as Clerk for the Village of Fowlerville from 1967-1995 and served on a variety of local and state Boards. She was a loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister and friend. Jean was proceeded in death by her husband Maurice in 2011. Jean is survived by daughters Pamela Beekman (Jim), Debra Hill (Rick) and son David Bohm (Laurie), 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and many friends. Visitation is Wednesday, December 4, 2019  from 2:00-4:00 p.m. and 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Herrmann Funeral Home in Fowlerville. The funeral service is Thursday, December 5, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Herrmann Funeral Home.  The family will receive relatives and friends one hour prior to the funeral. Internment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Fowlerville. Donations in Jean’s name may be made to The Fowlerville Fire Department or The Fowlerville Senior Citizen Center.
