Gerald William Klaus

Gerald William Klaus , 79, of Fowlerville, Michigan passed away Tuesday October 9th 2018 in Howell, Michigan.Gerald was born on May 10th , 1939 to August Henry and Helen Edna Klaus in Brighton, Michigan.Gerald started his business Klaus Gardening in 1961 and continued cutting grass even after his retirement in 2012.In recent years was a member of the Church of the Nazarene in Perry. Gerald loved hunting ,fishing, motorcycles, restoring cars ,and spending time with his children and Grandchildren.Gerald, who was known by many as Jerry married  the love of his life Margaret Klaus, of Fowlerville on September 5th,1959. Together they raised two sons, August (Wendy) Klaus 58 ,of Fowlerville and Walter (Vivianne) Klaus,55,of Howell . Gerald was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife Margaret, his sister Marlene Floury and brother Tom Klaus.  Gerald is survived lovingly by his two sons, his grandchildren Dennis Cummings, Kimberly Wilson, Jessica Bozung, Kyle Klaus, Courtney Klaus, Andrew Klaus, Zachary Klaus. and his Great- Grand Children Callie Cummings, Kirbie Wilson,Braden Bozung, Charlie Bozung, Scarlett Klaus, Kaidence Bennett, Trent Bozung and Elijah Klaus. Visitation, Friday, October 12, 2018 at Herrmann Funeral Home, from 2-8 p.m.  Funeral, Saturday, October 13, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. at the Nazarene Church of Perry.  In lieu of flowers the family would ask that you donate to St Jude Children's Hospital
