Suzanne Grace (Nichols) Wiles (Hayner), 70, of Fowlerville, passed away on Tuesday August 01, 2017 in Fowlerville.
Visitation will be held at United Brethren Church 9300 W. Grand River Ave. on Monday, August 07, 2017 at 10:00 a.m..
Funeral service will also be held at United Brethren Church, first by the VFW post 6464 and followed by Pastor Tom Tarpley of the United Brethren Church at 11:00 a.m..
Suzanne will be cremated and laid to rest in Bell Oak Cemetery alongside her husband Jerry Wiles and son Stanley Wiles at a later date.
Suzanne was born in Howell Michigan to Gloria (DeForest) and Gordon Nichols on Sept. 29, 1946. She married Jerry Joel Wiles in August of 1965. She retired from TRW in 2008, and was a member of United Brethren Church and lifetime auxiliary member of the VFW post 6464 in Fowlerville. Proudly, she earned her GED in 1987. Suzanne loved her flower gardens, feeding the birds, and a special squirrel that ate peanuts from her hand. Sue and her husband Mike, have two beloved dogs Sally and Rosco.
Suzanne is preceded in death by her parents, husband Jerry Joel Wiles on July 28, 2004 and her son Stanley Allen Wiles on April 19, 1971.
Suzanne is survived by her husband Michael James Hayner and two dogs Sally and Rosco. She is also survived by her brothers Richard Nichols, Douglas Nichols, Gordon “Lee” Nichols and sister Betty (Nichols) Smith. Suzanne has a son Kevin Joel Wiles (Heather Zofko-Wiles), and a daughter Wendy Anne (Wiles) Roy (Larry Allen Roy). Her grandchildren are Harley Allen Hollnagel (Kaylee Herbert), Brandon Lee Wiles (Taylor Levoska), Aaron Junior Roy (Corinne Simons), Logan George Bills and Kylie Lynn Bills. Her great grandchildren are Holley Rae Hollnagel and Kaycee Mae Hollnagel.
The family has a memorial fund for Suzanne made payable to her husband James Michael Hayner.
The family wishes to extend their gratitude to Herrmann Funeral Home, Pastor Tom Tarpley of United Brethren Church and the membership of the VFW post 6464 in Fowlerville.
