Joshua Alan Childers

Joshua Alan Childers age 24 of Fowlerville passed away Friday November 24, 2017.  He was born in Pontiac, Michigan on March 19, 1993. Joshua graduated from Fowlerville High School in 2011.   He loved  animals and also enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing sports and video games.  He was a loving son, grandson, brother, uncle and nephew. He was preceded in death by his grandfather Ronald Rife.  He is survived by his parents Michael (Kelli) Childers of Shelby Twp, and Deborah Rife Childers of Fowlerville, grandparents Patricia Rife, J.Michael (Peggy) Childers, Donna Ratliff, his siblings Cari (Ed) Peck, Brandon (Roxann) Childers, his twin Jason Childers, and his nephew Finnegan Childers.  He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins and his stepsisters Cassie, Amanda, and Brittany. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM on Friday December 1, 2017 with a memorial service following at 12:00 PM. In leu of flowers the family has asked that donations be made to JDRF for type 1 diabetes research.
